Jen Reddy
Founder & Director of Operations
Jen has been a lifelong skier, growing up racing in Vermont at Burke Mtn Academy. When she discovered powder skiing during a race series in Colorado, she never looked back. After moving to Jackson, WY in 2001, Jen joined Teton County Search and Rescue. Her engagement in the avalanche industry extended into teaching avalanche courses, responding to numerous winter rescues in avalanche terrain, heli-ski guiding in Valdez, Volunteer in Parks Denali climber ranger, worked on numerous TV and film productions, conducted avalanche explosives dud recovery. Jen is the Pro Training Program manager for the American Avalanche Association.

Brenden Cronin
Snow Safety Director & Instructor
Brenden began his career in the avalanche industry working for a cat-ski operation on Togwotee Pass. From there he did a season internship at Mustang Powder in BC. Brenden has worked as a ski patroller for JHMR, an avalanche educator, heli-ski guide in Alaska, worked safety for ski movies, performed avalanche explosives dud recovery, and is the former Lead Avalanche forecaster at WYDOT. He is currently the Lead Avalanche Forecaster for Stibnite Perpetua. He is the owner of Avalanche Infrastructure Management, selling and servicing Remote Avalanche Control Systems.
